ADHD Unleashed

Hello, and Welcome
![]() | G’day, I struggled with undiagnosed ADHD for forty-six years, feeling like I didn't fit in anywhere. Since my ADHD diagnosis, I have spent the past twenty-six years reading, researching and testing every aspect of adult ADHD with the desire to become the very best version of myself. Here are a few things I’ve learned along the way…. |
ADHD Unleashed.
Image a world where ADHD is seen as a life-saving and innovative skill set.
I absolutely believe that the world desperately needs our ADHD skills. We are the only ones who can actually change the world. Past and current governments and education systems have failed to provide the solutions needed to make this world a better place for all, irrespective of neurodiversity, colour, creed, gender or location.
The well know and documented positive aspects of ADHD as exactly what this world needs to survive, change and thrive.
The same ADHD traits that you were criticised for are exactly the abilities needed to change the status quo.
Curiosity: We look for novelty and new ways of doing things, and we are often naturally curious and eager to learn about a wide range of topics. This curiosity can lead to a broad knowledge base.
Creativity: People with ADHD have a unique perspective and strong creative abilities. They can think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas and solutions.
High Energy: Our abundant energy can be channelled and harnessed in productive ways into physical activities or dynamic careers. We are enthusiastic and passionate about activities and causes we care about.
Spontaneity and Flexibility: We are often spontaneous and adaptable and can embrace changes and new experiences with enthusiasm. We are more willing to take risks and try new things, leading to exciting and varied experiences.
Resilience: Managing ADHD often requires developing strong coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills, which can contribute to resilience and perseverance.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Individuals with ADHD can be very engaging and personable. They possess a natural ability to connect with others and make conversations lively and interesting.
Hyperfocus: When interested in something, we can intensely focus on it, often leading to deep knowledge and expertise in that area, leading to exceptional performance in those areas.
Adaptability: We can quickly adjust to new situations and changes.
Problem-Solving Skills: Their unconventional thought processes help in finding novel solutions to problems.
Enthusiasm: A genuine enthusiasm and passion for our interests can be infectious and motivating to those around us.
Intuition: Many people with ADHD have strong gut instincts and can read situations well.
These traits can be incredibly valuable in both personal and professional settings. It's important to recognize and leverage our strengths.
Focus on what you can do and work out how you can help make the world a better place using your powerful and life changing ADHD traits.

5 Star Review by Marz H, for Readers’ Favorite
“Can I be honest here? I mostly focused on the summaries and suggested actions at the end of each chapter, as well as the exercises to discover yourself and work towards your goal.
And guess what? I got a lot of inspiration and encouragement from it! That's how I know that this book was made with ADHDers in mind.
It's got everything you might want as someone who's recently received an ADHD diagnosis -- a bunch of useful, well-structured information to help you find out what the diagnosis means for you, and how to adjust your life so that it suits you. Plus, it's easy to get through and get the gist of it.
There are also resources for people who haven't pursued a diagnosis yet, but might want to.
All in all, and even though I haven't read the whole book, I am giving it 5* because it was clear, informative and helpful, which is what I was looking for. Thank you so much!
