ADHD and OUTLINING

Hello, and Welcome
![]() | G’day, I struggled with undiagnosed ADHD for forty-six years, feeling like I didn't fit in anywhere. Since my ADHD diagnosis, I have spent the past twenty-six years reading, researching and testing every aspect of adult ADHD with the desire to become the very best version of myself. Here are a few things I’ve learned along the way…. |
ADHD and OUTLINING
Outlining
Remember road trips before GPS? Clunky maps, missed turns, endless frustration. Living without an outline is exactly like that.
But here’s the point:
It’s all in the structure, the blueprint. (The "transformation" you want).
Imagine a clear roadmap. Each point highlights your next step, reducing chaos and introducing clarity.
Ideas stop being fleeting thoughts and become structured steps and tasks.
You’re no longer wandering.
You’re following a clear path and crushing procrastination.
Isn’t that a breath of fresh air?
You might be thinking:
“But won’t outlining kill my creativity?”
Think again.
Outlining isn’t about restricting your ADHD creativity. It’s about directing it, guiding that burst of creative inspiration with purpose and intention towards a specific, concrete destination.
Every major goal, every step, and every task deserves a strong foundation, and structure provides that.
It’s not rocket science — It’s “clarity.”
A commitment to giving your thoughts the direction they deserve.
Choose clarity over chaos. Structure over scatter. Direction over drift.
Ask yourself this:
Next time you’re about to start your day, are you going in blind or with a structured plan?
For an intentional day, don’t just jump in. Outline your way to a better day.
